Azhi and I took an early summer holiday and went to the US and UK for 3 weeks. It was a quick trip to see family and friends so we didn’t have any time for badminton. But of course we missed it so only two days after coming back to China what do we do? Play badminton of course! Only, it was so hot, we were so tired (12 hours time difference between the US and China) AND we were incredibly out of shape and stiff for not doing any exercise the past few weeks.
So watch as we creakily get back into badminton shape.
